The Five Dysfunctions of a team Mar 21, 2010 I knew that the text was a good one and I wanted to own a copy. However, I would like to have known that the Facilitator's Guide contains a copy of the text which would have prevented me from purchasing the text and the Facilitator's Guide. However, I was pleased to give the additional copy of the text to a friend as I know that she will find it very useful. Every Company/Workplace should have a copy of the text in their Libraries!
The packaging for the material in the Facilitator's Guide is very convenient. It contains not only a Facilitator's Guide but also a Participant Workbook. Additional material can also be had from the Authors' Website.

5 Dysfunctions Dec 12, 2009 This is an excellent training package for teams of all sizes. We have incorporated it into team meetings when we have a large amount of turnover due to seasonal work, we have used excerpts for newsletter reminders, and we have the poster hanging where all can see it. Very helpful!

THE BEST BOOK! Sep 20, 2007 What a great book on busines organization! You must read this book. I have recommended this to over 20 people and now my organization is making it a required read for all of their Managers.
