5Helpful Addition to the Five Dysfunctions Book   May 02, 2008
This assessment should be a required development exercise for all teams. We read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and wanted to implement the concepts in our group, but we were not sure where to start - this was a great tool for triggering dialogue around critical issues!

1Major Disappointment  Apr 10, 2008
This is a big disappointment. Shame on me too for not reading the reviews first. It's a piece of paper...I have never felt so cheated after ordering ANYTHING else online and it's so sad to say that it was something purchased through Amazon and that it is associated with 'The Five Dysfunctions' books because I have been very happy with all of the other products. Save your money. These books are in large part about building trust within your teams, yet if they see you have squandered away funds on such a useless piece of paper...well...you'll have some explaining to do.

1Waste of money  Mar 03, 2008
Great book; however, this is not the book. This is one piece of paper. Worth maybe $2.00, not the price listed. It is a real shame that this book is paired with this product. If you buy this, you will feel like you have had money stolen from you. When I purchased this for my company, I did not read the reviews....shame on me.

1Rip OFF! Bull PUCKEY  Dec 19, 2007
This is not a book. Don't waste your money. I am totally pissed. It's one piece of paper. I want to choke my teacher who has it as a class textbook. I have never paid 18 bucks for one piece of paper. Damn Joke!

1Warning  Nov 21, 2007
This is not a book! Rather, it is a very expensive poster with information that is already in the manual. I thought this was a paperback, as it is categorized, and was very disappointed when all I found was an 11x17 piece of paper.
